01. What is wireless internet?

It is a way of providing internet very widespread abroad, recently  in Greece also, which is gaining ground in areas where there is not sufficient coverage or availability from landline networks.

02. Is it affected by weather phenomena?

Using the modern technology hardware, it is not affected at all by bad weather. Our company uses equipment from recognized and leading companies in the field.

03. Does it work without a landline phone?

There is no need to have a landline. This is an independent supply.

04. Is there a contract period?

There is no minimum service period. The philosophy of the product is to be prepaid. There is no commitment and the customer can stop whenever he wants. Either temporarily (eg during the winter months) or permanently.

05. Can I have a landline from this connection?

The technical characteristics of the connection we provide (ping - jitter) are suitable for making viber phone calls, messenger etc. with excellent quality. If one wants, can have a landline number and a device through the many offers that exist in the market and at a low cost.

06. Which areas do you cover?

Almost the whole of Tinos.

07. If I want the connection only for 3 months a year?

Our proposal is exactly the most suitable for you. You can only pay and have internet access during the months you want.

08. If I need to move?

Your equipment can be transferred to your new address, with only 30-40€ which the labor cost of installing the equipment to your new residence.

09. Is it suitable for airbnb type accommodation?

It is a category that we especially thought about when designing the product. The ability to disconnect and reactivate the connection at no cost makes our offer ideal as you will only pay during the  season in which the accommodation operates.

10. If I am not satisfied or have to stop due to an emergency, what happens?

If you decide, you can permanently cut off your supply with a simple notification. If you return the equipment delivered to you upon activation (in good condition) you will be refunded the corresponding amount. The possibility is offered for as long as the equipment is under warranty (2 years).

11. What is the difference between business connections?

Businesses have different needs from home users. They often operate in a cloud environment, have cloud backup and other functions with increased needs for uploading. So a special feature that these types of links have is that they are up to "symmetrical" (same upload and download rate) and also dedicated.

12. Is there a case where the connection cannot be implemented?

There are (rare) cases where due to peculiarities in the building there is no possibility. If a building is too short heighted or between other high buildings  it may not be able to have contact with a base station.
